Spinal Analysis and Chiropractic
Improvement of the Spine and Whole Body function improves whole body health, resulting in better healing, better expression of life, an increase in wellness and a better world.
After a through exam and review of your health history, Dr. Greg Muchnij from My Chiropractic Health and Wellness Center will recommend a specific care program. If yours is a chiropractic case, be it from an auto accident, personal injury, mental, emotional or chemical stress or birth trauma, your care will include specific spinal adjustments. The word adjustment describes hundreds of ways of using carefully directed and controlled pressure to restore spinal bones to a more normal position and motion. When spinal function is improved, nervous system functions (health) can improve too. Different care plans are available. Adjustments are 50.00 per visit.

Dr. Greg’s acupressure technique, called Acupressure Stress Elimination Technique is a very effective method of reducing body stress and creating relaxation in the body. Dr. Greg, out of the necessity to help people with stressed out bodies developed a systematic acupressure procedure to reducing overall body tension resulting in increased circulation, less stress and more energy. Through this technique, many people have regained a healthier body. Less body stress improves a better quality of sleep. Better sleep assists with weight loss because people burn the majority of fat in deep sleep.
Cold Laser Therapy
